Direct Hire positions are ideal if you want to work within a single company for an extended period of time and can afford to wait for the right opportunity.
Temp-to-Hire - Ever wonder what it takes to get in “that” company? More employers these days are using Temp-to Hire as their preferred hiring path because it has proven to lead to the highest retention rates. With Temp-to-Hire you work for AppleOne for a period of time while, allowing you and the potential employer to evaluate the match. After completing that evaluation period you transition to the employer as a direct employee. More employers are willing to take a chance on somebody on a temp-to-hire basis, so it can be ideal if you want to have access to the largest number of employers possible to find the best situation for you.
Contract and Temporary - With Contract and Temporary employment, you work for AppleOne and are assigned to client companies who need your skills and talents. Contract and Temporary positions are ideal if you’re looking for flexibility. For instance if you like to work a few months and then travel a few months. It is also a good way to cover gaps in employment and gain exposure to new companies when trying to determine where you would ultimately like to work. We find that 16% of our Contract and Temporary associates accept full-time job offers from the companies to which they are assigned.
