I bought a supposed to be Reborn Doll from The BYRON Marketing group. I waited months for this doll to be made by Alexis Byron and she screwed me over good. I bought a $614 dollar doll that she was going to make for me. I paid for it in August and I just recieved it today and what a terrible work of art of a reborn doll. She is reddish in color, her head doesn't sit right on her neck area, her hair is matted and she doesn't have subtle veining open nostrils or many layers of GHSP. I thought something was suspicious when I started contacting Alexis at her site on ETSY. First she said the doll was coming along fine, then weeks would past then she say the back ordered parts didn't come in. I told her during the 8 week I wanted a refund because I thought something wasn't right, she never sent pictures of the process on how the doll was coming along. She double talked. When I told her I wanted a refund because I didn't know her company and things having been going right I wanted a refund. Then she said She had the doll almost done and give her two more weeks which brings it up to 10 weeks at which is mentioned at her site. so I put my faith in her to do the doll up in two weeks. Then I thought if Alexis doesn't have all the parts for the reborn then how would she have time to do the right job on the doll. Because it was in writing in regard to it can take up to 10 weeks for completion of a reborn doll I trusted her and put off the refund and waited it out. One week which was the 9th week somehow she whipped all the parts together when they hadn't fully arrived from where she orders them from. Well the end product I received Today and it is the most poorest looking reborn I have ever received. I have asked her for a refund even way back. I am going to let everyone I know about this business and I am going to be checking into the BBB to put forth a complaint about this business. If I don't get a refund, I will seek my Lawyer.
