Today, a friend and I stopped and ordered a smoothie . Mine came to 1-inch below the top and my friend's was overflowing. When saying something to person stating she was manager and that made it, excuses abounded but no good faith restitution made or offered. When sipping, it tastes like it has diet products and an after-taste. It is horrible. The service was horrible. The employee making my friend's was not nice; refused to give her extra to me to make up and tossed it. She lied--saying I had drunk mine down when I had commented as she poured the foul product into my cup before giving to me after the 'manager' walked around the island.I will have to toss mine and it is $5.08 lost. Your excuses and poor service cost more. Bad advertising. Your establishment would rather everyone around us heard the bad service and not see resitution for your error.What you don't realize is that we order sometimes for our department. And we speak to others who order.I will NOT be back.
