Floyd came out and worked on my air conditioning unit today. It has been out of commission for two weeks and he was able to get the part and fix it within 24 hours. Numerous other companies were not able to come out for weeks but Floyd made it happen. I cannot thank him enough for the professionalism of going above and beyond and checking my unit past just the repair to ensure that everything was taken care of properly. Will absolutely trust Floyd to come back and work on my HVAC in the future

I used this business when my AC went out. The installer was great with explain my options and the price for a unit was better than what others were offering. They installed my unit in no time and I was very pleased.

I am writing this review because I am having problems with my unit and I called three numbers that they have listed. After numerous attempts I finally got in contact with someone. She was rude and had no manners. She made it seem like as a customer I was bothering her when I called. I am now trying to contact her again and I still have not gotten an answer. I would not recommend this place because if you have a problem with you unit, you might never get it fixed because they never answer the phone. Save your time and go some place else.
