        Overall

        I am glad I stayed with American. I received a flyer from IESI-A Progressive Waste Solutions Company and gave them a call to inquire about their prices. I called the number on the flyer and met with a rude individual,so I called the second number on the flyer to notify someone their office personel was impacting their business. Only to find I was speaking to her husband who admonished me for not calling him first.American has always provided good customer/curbside service.You pay for what you get but I don't believe IESI will be that much cheaper.
