All About Fencing

I dealt with 4 other fence companys over a year trying to get a fence, waiting on scheduling the work to getting back with estimates. On my first phone call to All Abut Fence they quoted me nearly an exact match of the cost and estimated time frame they could start the job. All of it was true and accurate. They started within 2 weeks and finished in 3 days on a 240+ foot wood privacy fence with metal posts. Their cost was $1300 less than some locally popular companies which I felt were too high. They did excellent work and sales team was meticulous to stay in touch and communicate with me during the process. The listened to me and understood exactly what I wanted and got it right. Most of all, I changed my mind on part of it after they had already completed part of the work. Although I'm sure it wasn't ideal for them, they obliged me with professionalism and came up with a great solution and it came out perfect. Exactly what I wanted. This company will be successful because they do everything right. Oh, and they even did a great job removing some bushes and cleaning up. Thank you All About Fence for being great at what you do. I absolutely recommend them

Don't hire this company! We hired All About Fencing to install field fencing for our livestock. Even though the web site says they are professional installers, the fence looks like it was put up by a bunch of high school students. When we saw the poor quality of how they were installing the fence, we asked the lead installer if they had ever put up field fencing before and he admitted that they had not (even though Ryan said that they did have experience when we first contacted him). The fence is not wired to the t-posts in several places, the wire is not tight most of the way around the perimeter, they didn't brace it properly and it's already coming down in other places (the fencing isn't even 3 months old). Because the fence is so poorly installed predators have gotten in and killed several of my chickens. Thankfully, nothing has gotten to the alpacas or goats yet but that's only because we shut the gates so that nothing can get in to our older, existing pastures (that was installed correctly by someone else). The owner, Ryan, assured us over and over that he would come back and fix the fence but, like so many other reviews, he has not honored his word. He wouldn't show up when he said he would and his reason for not doing so was because he said that this crew installed other people's fencing wrong and he was having to go back and re-do it. Now he won't even return our phone calls. Unfortunately, we paid him for the fencing ($10,000), thinking that he was a professional and would indeed come back and fix the fencing. We are reporting him to the BBB and also contacting a lawyer to find out if we can sue him for a refund as we are now going to have to hire someone else to fix the fence. We definitely would not recommend anyone hire this company to install fencing. It's almost like Ryan is a scammer, does only what he needs to do in order to get your money, and then once he has it that's the last you will see or hear from him especially if its not installed properly. I wouldn't have even given him a one star rating but I didn't have a choice. We definitely agree with other reviews, don't waste your money or time with Ryan.

Hired Owner Ryan to do a new vinyl fence. He bid the job for $4000.00. He
asked for $2500.00 up front to buy the material. Never saw him again. I called him
several times and got every excuse in the book about why has not come back to
do the job. He finally quit answering my calls. I sent e-mails, and I even called him
on a friends phone so he would not see it was me. He answered and said he would
be out the next day to do the job. Never showed up. I have filed a complaint with
the Better Business Bureau. There are several other complaints about him already
on the BBB site. Filing a lawsuit with the County Small claims court. He has since
changed the name of his fence company to FENCE TECH. His ratings are false.
DON'T hire these guys.

All About Fence did an amazing job at one of my business and for a reasonable price. All of the staff we interacted with, from the estimator to the foremen to the workers, were friendly and professional. They installed a very high quality fence that looks and feels like it will last forever.

We had a wooden fence installed in our back yard by All About Fence and we're very happy with the work they did. From the beginning, the salesman was prompt and courteous and came back with our quote very quickly. The office staff was easy to deal with and communicative. The guys putting the fence in were also very communicative and conscious of our sprinkler system and plants. The guy in charge made sure to let us know right away of any issues he saw. We had anticipated losing some plants and possibly having to have the sprinklers repaired but were pleasantly surprised to have everything in tact when they were done.

Highly recommend All About Fence. They came out to give an estimate the same day I called. The woman who scheduled the appointment was very nice and friendly. The price was fair and All About Fence was very responsive throughout the process. The crew who built the fence and the supervisor were professional and did a great job. The neighbors keep complimenting me on a beautiful fence. Job well done and I would definitely use them again!

All About Fence did a great job on our fence. We had some special requests - Their team took on the job and ensured it was a top notch installment. Even though they had never done this type of fence - aluminum with custom wooden posts - you could never tell by looking at it! The fence is lovely and we are very pleased. All About Fence team is a perfectionist and their entire staff holds the same standards. He owner visited our property three times to make sure what we wanted, did not make any inflated promises about time, and followed up after the deposit in a timely manner. If you don't like the way a panel is, they will literally take it out and do it again until you are pleased - and with a smile. Highly recommend All About Fence - they are honest, have integrity and do quality work.

All About Fence is very professional, does great work and does exactly what they quote on the estimate. They did a terrific job on our fence, finished everything in time, and cleaned up after they were done. All of there team was very polite and did exactly what was asked, All About Fence is the company to go to for any fencing job. Very pleased!!

I received several quotes from local companies. By far, All About Fence had the best communication, was the most professional, offered the biggest selection, and had competitive pricing. I was unsure as to what I wanted, but stayed patient and treated me with respect. The fence is beautiful, and we couldn't be more satisfied. We have received numerous compliments on our white vinyl picket fence. It's high quality with perfect installation. The installation was even sooner than quoted, which was a great surprise. Great fence contractor at a great price. I was in need of gate repair and they came out and had an estimate within a few days of contact and the job was completed about a week later.

Being a smaller job, other contractors didn't respond to my estimate request, took forever to come out to see the gate or came in very high with cost. All About Fencing was the opposite of all of that and was actually the only one that mentioned they'd call dig rite to ensure no lines would be cut accidently.

Greet business and would do business again. Top notch company and always prompt. Have had a bunch of people refer them and it was wise to select them.

Will not complete job. Used sub-grade / wrong materials. Will not show up. Took money and ran. Will not resolve situation. Even the reviews are phony by friends and family who some don't even own a fence.

Awsome Company. Best Around Town. Fast, Great quality and will refer to anyone looking for a fence in the future.

This business seems to have a difficult time scheduling and showing up for work. Time after time they said they would come work and didn't show. Several times they told us the fence would be done by a particular date and it wasn't. Some of their reasons for not starting as scheduled or not showing up when they said they would, or leaving very early: "forgot that Thanksgiving was coming up, other jobs to do, truck didn't bring fence as scheduled, all the workers sick with the flu, some workers on vacation, had to go repair a fence that fell but they didn't put it in." It was like pulling teeth to get them to get the job done. Of course they wanted their money the day they finished! I would have liked to tell them we would pay them in a month since that's how long it took them to put the fence in.

Ryan came when he said he would, gave estimate on the spot, showed up for the job, completed it, and took great pride in his work. Highly recommend!
