A&L Appliance Repair

This company is horrible, from customer service to actual repairs. He came to my home on 12/7/18 to repair my front loading washing machine and ended up breaking the pedestal latch! I saw him sitting on the floor with his pocket knife fooling with the latch, when I asked him what was he doing, he said the latch broke and he was trying to fix it. At this point he couldn't wait to get out of my home, didn't even give me a service receipt, just packed up his stuff and left. It took many unsuccessful calls to find out that he could not fix my machine. When I asked the rude girl who answers his phones to have him call me, she said he spoke to her about this situation and he did not break the latch. Well one or both of them are lying. The latch was NOT broken before he got here. In fact he said he fixed it before he left, however the first time I tried to wash a load of clothes, the pedestal drawer just opened on its own. Trying to get someone from this company to call you is impossible. They seem to like to conduct their business through text, even then rarely responding, which in my opinion is very unprofessional. To date, no one has returned my call. I've had a couple of rude text messages with them denying the damage and no attempt to amicably resolve this whatsoever! WARNING - Stay away from this company!
