I asked AJ Masters to give me an estimate on replacing the cracked glass in my 50-year old stall shower door. A very nice gentleman came out and gave me two estimates--one on replacing only the glass; the other estimate included replacing the hardward or replacing the hardware AND the glass. I was also given different quotes for the type of glass used. My house is old and the old style glass is available, but it needs to be specially cut. I chose the old style glass because I want to keep the "feel" of the house. However, money was an object so I chose to replace only the glass and AJ Masters did so-- promptly and effectively.



A day or so later, I regretted not having replaced the hardware. The new glass was heavy and the metal hardware was clearly not holding up to the task.



I called AJ Masters who generously came out the next day, replaced the entire door for only the differential cost between the initial estimate to replace only the "old style" glass or to replace the entire door with "old style" glass.



The "old style" glass came with the hardware, so AJM took back the special glass that they had cut and initially installed. Then they replaced the whole door, including the glass a few days later.



Not only were the workers extremely professional and courteous but they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm about to buy another shower door for my tub and I'm going straight to AJM.
