Walmart - Pharmacy

Could not believe this man was the head of the pharmacy!! First they lost my prescription. Then I had it called in.When I called to see if it was ready, I was treated very rudely they somehow misplaced it. When I complained how could this happen? He I formed me,"ya it happens all the time" he is holding 3 conversations at once and never once asked me to please hold he then tells me Oh yea I found it and not to worry Santana Claus will fill it for me it will be ready in 20 minutes... I would not advice anyone to trust this pharmacy with any important prescription if the head pharmacist tells you that they loose prescriptions all the time..... Too bad the management does not monitor the staff a little better as he is a terrible role model for other employees. I complained to a night manager and am d ed finely combining to corporate
