Where do I begin....How about the fact that they brag about being a gated community and then leave the gates wide open 24/7; the fact that there are always large pieces of furniture dumped around the dumpsters and left for months; the fact that they tell you in the office to call immediately if there are leaks, you have a leak that lets in over a gallon of water, call immediately and no one shows up for several days, you finally call them AGAIN and the manager has to tell the head of maintenance to take care of it, and when they take care of it they don't even bother to come inside and fix the drywall damage; the fact that they send out a notice saying they are offering renter's insurance so you call and tell them to sign you up, they tell you they will so you cancel your current renter's insurance, not only do they NOT get you signed up when they said they would they DROP the insurance company they signed you up with and the way you find out is when they call you and demand you bring down a dec page, you tell them THEY signed you up and they say "Oh, we dropped that company" and this all within the span of a month; they brag about having a "courtesy officer" and you call him for a noise complaint, he tells you it's a domestic and he doesn't do domestics, you need to call NPD so you do TWICE and they don't show because it's a noise complaint; people are being robbed in the parking lot in the early morning; they charge you $20/month for valet trash service and 95% of the time your trash doesn't get picked up.....This is the tip of the iceberg. If you are looking for a nice, safe, clean place to live you won't find it here

This is the most pet-friendly apartment I have ever lived in. I didn't care for the last 2 managements, but the new management is friendly and human. The neighbors are quiet and there is plenty of parking. It was a whole lot better experience than the park at hermitage. If you like animals, this is probably the best place to live in Nashville. The apts. are plenty spacious and it is convenient to the interstate.
