        I called and asked the price f...

        I called and asked the price for a diagnostic fee and how much it would be to add refrigerant or freon per pound. The lady who answered said that he diagnostic fee was $89 dollars (somewhere in the $80's) and said that they do not charge by the pound but by the job. She said that they could not give me any prices until I paid the diagnostic and had someone come out. So, basically, they can come out to your house, charge you a diagnostic fee, and then tell you it's going to be some ridiculous price. So, basically you have no idea how much you are about to get yourself into.



        Please, take the time and contact other places. SHOP AROUND! Other places will quote you a diagnostic fee plus they will tell you how much it is per pound.



        I know what my problem is. I have a slow leak, and every year I have to add freon. I told her what the problem was.



        This lady said, "THANK YOU!" and then hung up on me. My boyfriend was sitting right here and heard her and was shocked as well as I was.



        We have called 4 different places who were all very kind. This lady was extremely rude.



        Was shocked at the customer service.



        VERY UNPLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AND LADY WHO ANSWERED!
