        "I smoked 2 packs a day for 30 plus years. I tried the patch, nicotine gum, Chantix, Wellbutrin, and all that stuff many times with no success. After my first session I stopped smoking immediately. As a matter of fact I threw my cigarettes and lighter away as soon as I got home. There were times that I wanted a cigarette, but I remembered I’m a nonsmoker now and that worked. The feeling passed quickly. I will recommend this to all my smoking friends. I’m a nonsmoker!"

        Overall

        I have smoked for 46 years and am smoke free now. I threw my cigarettes away as I walked into my first session. I am much more conscious about what I am eating & when I eat. Clothes are fitting better in week 4.
