Ray has been our plumber for 17 years he is always available to help with any plumbing projects and his prices are always reasonable

I left a message on a answering machine. It took him a day to get back to me about my hot water heater. He came out on a Saturday to assess the problem. No extra charge to inform me of the problem. Talk to my insurance company, gave a quote after making sure it could be fixed another day, and made an appointment to fix on a Wednesday. He called to vary on Tuesday night and was he here promptly on Wednesday morning. The price was exactly the amount he quoted. He is an old gentleman but a local business.
