        Overall
        manager was a ahole

        I went there, at 5:30pm on Christmas eve and was told the store was closed, had been for 30 mins. Wtf, 5pm? I was then told "maybe you all shouldn't have waited until the last second" as I'm holding a gift card that was given to me as a present that day. Closing on Christmas is one thing, but 5pm on xmas eve? If it wasn't a gift card for Best Buy, I would never go there again. Their normal store hours are 8am-5pm m-sat, then 8-11 on Sunday. That is just stupid IMO, m-f people are working, they are losing out on tons of money IMO, but are too cheap to keep staff to keep the store open. I'm sure places where they aren't forced to pay a decent wage, there are Best Buy's open a lot later then 5pm.
