This store looks very nice and has great service. They have more stocks after remodelling. I really like recommand this place.

I had a bad experience going into this place. I specifically was looking for a quiet hair dryer. I ask the person who help me which happens to be the owner about return/exchange policy before I bought it. She told me I can return or exchange it within 9 days with a receipt. Got home, tried the hair dryer and found out it's not hot enough to dry my hair fast. I have to use the high button which makes it really loud. I called to let them know that I will be returning the item. The person I spoke to was very rude telling me that I will only get a store credit or exchange. I even explain that I asked about return/exchange policy even before I bought it. I told her that I will not accept a store credit of $150 and buy a gazillion shampoos. She keeps telling me that there's no refund, period. Finally, I asked for the owner and spoke to her the following day. She apologized and ask me to try another hair dryer. I told her that I will try another one but if it doesn't work I have to return it. It turned out I didn't like the 2nd hair dryer plus I found out that it was way overpriced. I spoke to the same rude person and even the owner would not give me the refund even after the fact that we agreed to return the 2nd try product if it doesn't work. So out of my frustration, I just took the store credit so I don't have to deal with them anymore. The only thing is I have to go back to this place to use my store credit for over a $100 which is the last thing I wanna do.



This place is ridiculous. If I were you I would go to a different beauty store that has a real, consistent return/exchange policy and not to mention the products are way overpriced!!! My only mistake is I took the owner's advice to try another one. That's only because I believe what she told me knowing that she's the owner.



In short, don't go to this place. There are a lot of Beauty Store that knows how to do good business. Just imagine buying a product and it turned out not working for you and you're stuck with it.....especially if you pay so much.
