        Was given inaccurate information about my delivery. I was informed yesterday that my package was on a truck for delivery. later that day I received a text that it was at the facility waiting to be delivered today. I went to the facility to pick up my package yesterday and was told by the service rep that it was not there because it was on a truck for delivery and there was no proof of this information. I contacted the hotline and was told that my package was at the facility and would be delivered today between 8am and 8pm. Received a call today after 9am that my package will not be delivered and will have to be picked up at the facility. I have been given the runaround and will continue to express my displeasure with their service.
