Faith Lutheran Church is located in Mount Pleasant in southeast Iowa. Mount Pleasant is conveniently located at the intersection of two of the major federal highways which cross southeast Iowa - U.S. Highway 218 (also called "The Avenue of the Saints" which is the most direct route from St. Paul, Minnesota, to St. Louis, Missouri) and U.S. Highway 34 (which is the main east/west corridor through southeast Iowa.) As such, we are bound by God's Holy Word and the Lutheran Confessions which is the true exposition of that Word. We are dedicated to serve the saints and the world with Christ's means of grace - Word and Sacrament - for the forgiveness, life, and salvation of those who receive these Gifts in faith.
