Rodeo Mexican Bar

This restaurant is outstanding. It was rocky starting out but has since exploded with exceptional food and service. I arrived around 6ish on a sunday and was seated immediately, greeted by our server within the first few moments and food only took about 20 minutes. There alcohol prices are amazing for the quality of the drink. We will be back for sure.

Horrible experience at this establishment on 04/06/18. First off never been to a Mexican restaurant that does not offer tacos. We were a party of 6.I arrived 1st it took about 15min to get a menu. Once the rest of my party arrived we ordered drinks. OMG the worst I ordered the Mango Margarita and it taste like water with mango favoring. I send it back and let them know its watery and all the bartender do is add more liquor. That was returned as well I just had glass of wine. The food I ordered the nachos with the peppers onions chicken and cheese. There was no cheese the chips must have been the last in the bag all broken up. Ask for a side of cheese that was cold. Send that back and it was remade. It did come out hot but still was nasty. Same broken chips maybe that's what they use for the nachos. This place needs a lot of work or else it will be shut down soon. We don't have a lot on the south side and bad service and horrible food will not be tolerated.
Enter at your own risk I will not be back.
Oh I did complain to the manager whose walking around with a corona tshirt on. And didn't offer to take anything off our checks.
I only wrote about my experience but everyone was disappointed.

Oh my, the service in this place is Horrific!!!!!
We were seated immediately and that was the best thing about this restaurant. There were 4 ppl in our group. We waited almost an hour to get our drinks, another 30-40 min for 1 plate to come, another 20-30 min to get another plate, and so on. We couldn’t eat dinner together because each plate arrived at different time. My sisters wings were cold (really) so they took them back to reheat. No apologies no discounts just bad service. But hey, try it for yourself. I read another review from the 1st week opening and they claim their experience was good. We were there 3/30/2018, they’ve only been open 2-3 wks. That review must have come from an employee.

I went to Rodeo lastnight for dinner and i must say i had a very great experience the food was delicious and my server was great and if u are a weak link do not order the bob marley its huge lol i had to share with my husband i will definitely be back well worth my money spent i will be back and next time i will ride the mechanical bull
