Mimosa Boat Landing

My wife and I were visitng from MN, with my cousin and his wife from CA; we're all checking out the area for a possible move in the next few years. Aside from the beauty of the area - Lake James is one of the most beautiful lakes I have ever visted - the proprietors of this Marina were so accomodating and friendly, they solidified our resolve to relocate to this area sooner rather than later! Word to the wise, Miss Vicky "suffers no fools," so just be real and humble, as your kindegarten teacher or parents (hopefully) taught you, and you will find your kindness and respect returned 10 fold :)
