Executive Inn

My husband and I were at this hotel for 15 minutes till we found a live bug under the blankets. We told the first desk that we did not want to stay here because of that and he said okay I understand. But we were charged anyway. I called the manager Nelson and he was so rude and blamed us saying we brought the live bug in the room and put it under the blankets. Really, who does that. Never stay here. We have filed a claim against Nelson and the hotel.

DON'T STAY HERE! They will charge random "damages" to your credit card becuase they think they can. First off when I checked in, the manager was RUDE. Then within 5 minutes of checking out they charged an extra fee to my credit card saying a TOWEL was damaged. I called and spoke with 3 different employees who would not transfer me to the owner. The first one told me I should pick up the towel myself and wash it. The last one talked to me like I was 5 and then ended up hanging up on me. I'm sorry but to pay for a dirty towel is a joke! I didn't know paying $100 for a room doesn't include towels too. On top of that, I made sure my room spotless when I left trying to help out the maids..Guess that doesn't count for anything. Don't stay here; they will rip you off & their staff is unhelpful & doesn't care about their customers.. Thankfully my credit card company helped me out.
