Twin City Motel

Twin City Motel is such a pleasure to stay at. Access to your favorite foods are readily available. The people are like family. They are wonderful and such a pleasure to do business with. The rooms are spacious and very clean. If you forget simple things at home, they are happy to accommodate you in any way possible. The beds are so comfortable it is unbelievable! Every time we come into Louisiana, Twin City Motel is THE only place we stay!

Great rates for my budget & loved the pool. Found out they have special weekly rates for people working in the area short term or going to school, etc. Good location, clean rooms. Staff friendly & helpful.

I like this motel. Yes, its old but the rooms clean and comfortable with cable and wifi.Its safe at night. Ive stayed there traveling alone many times-never had a problem. I really like the staff, theyre very friendly and helpful.

WE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL AND WAS UP ALL NIGHT TO SLAMMING DOORS AND THE BATTRIES IN THE SMAKE ALARM WAS BAD SO WE ALSO HAD A RED BLINKING LIGHT IN OUR ROOM ALL NIGHT LONG! THE POOL HAD BLACK BUGS SWIMMING AROUND IN IT AND HAD NO CHEMICALS IN IT! WE PICKED A VERY BAD CHOICE OF HOTELS!!!!!

It is a very old hotel. Clean and you have cable. They have a pool, but it didn't look very clean. I think it was out of season at the time though. You have to give a $5 deposit on the key and the tv remote. A lot of banks, credit card companies, and hotels will hold a deposit for a certain amount of time. They don't, and I am more than happy to give the deposit of $5 instead of upwards of $50 to $100. The rooms also have a fridge and microwave. They even give you a discount if you are taking classes at Young Memorial. It is no Holiday Inn buy far, but if you wan't a clean, nice, no frills room for about $50 a night you can't beat it!

We attended a bowling tournament and stayed at the twin city motel and first I want to say the bed was on the hard side, the pillows flat, the microwave turn table tray was missing, it was VERY hot and muggy inside smelling musty. The tv was VERY small and the walls paper thin ( as I heard my parents talking in the next room) They tell you there is a restraunt and there is however it took us 2 hours to get our food as the waitress was not there and one guy had to do everything but we were the only ones eating there at the time. and one last thing... our air conditioner was stuck on on and on auto would not shut on and off. We were in room # 241 so if you get this room turn around!!!!!!
