Advanced Car Stereo

I've taken all my vehicles to this shop for the past 20 years. Very great service. Great prices. Guys up front are awesome!

Went to the store in moreno valley. Horrible experience!!!! Aaron was extremely rude and disrespectful. They installed a system in my car, but disconnected my stock dvd player and didnt hook it back up. They said they would order a part to and to come back. I returned to the business when they said all to find out that they didnt order it. They said to come back today and left work early to get there and have my dvd player back working all to find out that they forgot again and left minutes before I arrived to go get it. When Aaron returned 40 min later he got the wrong part. When i expressed my frustration, Aaron came at me like he was doing me a favor and this service was complimentary. So here I am having to come back tomorrow for a 3rd time for them to fix something they messed up. I will never go to them again and would never recommend this place to anyone. Their customer service is poor and as long as Aaron is involved this place will not flourish. He obviously has no respect for women and is not willing to fix any problems when it comes to his mistakes. DONT GO THERE!

Came in the other day looking to upgrade my stereo but had a certain budget....Aaron worked with me so that i got everything I wanted ....while not breaking my bank. Thanks guys

Worst experience ever. I called and the main guy told me 60 -80$. I get there and he told me he has to take out the back seats of a 1998 Honda civic "when we know it don't have to be done that way". He also said he would hook the subwoofers I had in the back, everything for 200$ so that includes 2 front speakers 2 back speakers, the radio and the subs. (keep in mind I already had the parts). Then I paid and when installing they told me 60$ more for bad wiring in the car so I said I could not do it. then they asked 40$ I still said no. My car was complete in 45 min which was good but when I went to turn my car on there was no subwoofers hooked up???? so I went in and asked them and they said there is no "remote wire" to the subs which I know was there, then they told me 40$ more when I come back. Feel like %^$%. This is a review and the truth so I thought I would share with the community for whoever has decisions of going to advanced car stereo. Its not the price its the principal of how they do business and treat there customers with lies. I also forget to say when I got home I turned off my car and put the stereo to the run position which we all know the radio should work from there. It doesn't, It only works when my car is on.

Aaron is by far the best sales guy I've ever dealt with. He was able to hook my car up and work with what I had to spend. He wasn't pushy and had the install done in a reasonable time to work with my schedule. Thanks again bro
