Domino's Pizza

I can not get this domino's to answer the phone. I literally tried for 20 minutes to get them to answer the phone. Finally they answered and placed order they were very nice on the phone. Then when I went to pick up the pizza I could get no one to come to the drive thru waited a good 5 min. Drove around the building to get back to the front. The workers were outside I assume smoking. the owner is losing business and money and needs to know this. Went inside to get pizza... guess what the phone was ringing... no one answering.... the pizza however was awesome. ... getting service not good.
