Tangles Hair Studio

I was looking for a stylist who could cut curly hair and found a positive review online about the Moore Tangles Salon from another curly-haired individual, so I decided to give it a try. The reviewer was not wrong. Mackenzie did an excellent job trimming my very curly hair (3 C). I had previously gone to another salon claiming to be experts with curly trims and cuts, and all I got was a $15 butcher job! Mackenzie not only trimmed my hair, but also shaped and styled it. She listened to what I wanted and didn't cut more than was required (I'm trying to grow it out). No more tangles and knots for me! My hair was smooth and easy to comb again. I will be going back to Tangles Salon as long as I live in Moore Oklahoma. Thanks Mackenzie!

Stephanie is a natural at doing hair and makeup! Every time my kids and I leave from visiting her we are extremely happy with the finished product. Stephanie always listens to what I want, and gives me advice on cuts/colors when I ask. I highly recommend seeing Stephanie if you want to leave the salon 100% satisfied!

Stephanie has done my hair several times and also my girls hair. We have never left the salon disappointed. She does fabulous work!! The salon environment is fun as well.

After waiting 25 minutes for a last minute appointment made yesterday at Salon Inferno on Western, I drove to Tangles and asked if there was a walk-in spot available. MacKenzie greeted me at the door and took care of me. Sweet, helped me out, and skilled. I've never been one to stick with one stylist, but I love my new style and will definitely come back!

I love this salon. It is very hard to find someone to do naturally curly hair, but Alicia can do it. I have been going to her for years and i love everything about Tangles. The staff is super friendly and i am not treated like a number there. Alicia is always willing to do whatever needed to help my childrens hair as they have very difficult hair to work with. Thank you Tangles for amazing service.

I'm giving 2 stars only because I got my money back. I went to get my hair colored from platinum blonde to highlights and lowlights to match my natural med blonde. She didn't put a warm pigment filler in my hair so it turned muddy and green. Another thing that really upsets me I said NOT TO CUT MY HAIR! She did anyways. My scalp it so sore from the pick comb I couldn't sleep. Now I'm stuck with worse looking and feeling hair than before I went in:( it sucks because I can't fix it due to all the damage. I was growing my hair out! Horrible experience. Salon never again!

I had Sara Reed as my hairstylist for 8 years, she is awesome! Very patient with my thick long hair and always does a great job!

Me'lisa Burgess has been my stylist for over 10 years. She not only does my hair but my entire families. She's great at coming up with new cuts and teaching you techniques on how to style. Very patient and friendly with my daughter. The salon is is a great atmosphere and everyone is always friendly.

I just wanted to tell you that Me'Lisa cut my hair and she did a wonderful job....I'll be back!

Sarah Reed does amazing work!!! The shop is nice and very nice staff.

I have not been to this salon so I can't review the accommodations but I can review Me'Lisa Burgess, who has done my hair at other locations.

Me'Lisa is very professional and really listens to what her clients want. She talked me through some techniques and was always very willing to try out different styles. I also have naturally curly hair and she cut it very well and knew how to handle the curls. I would recommend Me'Lisa Burgess as your stylist and I am sure the salon is lovely.

Nelson is so good! He really did a good job of listening to what I wanted and being able to do it. I get so many compliments on my color and cut now. I bring all my family to him now.

I love this salon! Holly Black has been doing my hair for about a year now. Her cuts and color are Ah-Mazing! Everyone in the salon is very friendly though. I always feel pampered whenever I go.
