Winn-Dixie

I was in the Winn Dixie Grocrey Store this Saturday December 6, it was during a busy hour. I am writing to thankyou because of the wonderful way I treated by Sheree in the meat dept. She was helping customers in the seafood dept also I waiting for help in the meat dept.When she finished with the seafood customers she asked can she help me. I asked what was the cheapest roast they had. Sheree directed me to the pork roast an also showed me the cubed steak and bacon that was on sale and gave me a sale paper and said that Winn Dixie had a great Buy one Get one free sale on store items. This employer was very friendly an helpful towards me and other shoppers.

Winn Dixie has a monopoly on our small town, since it is the only major grocery store chain. Personally I think they could do a much better job keeping their store shelves stocked, and hiring people with better Customer Service skills. They have only a few really good people working there, overall their Employees Customer Service is poor. I have shopped this store for over 20 yrs, and have felt they could care less for my business on many occasions.
