        Overall

        Took my 2008 Passat to Jack Ingram with a minor hesitation issue. They replaced the fuel pump and then while test driving found the cam phasers to be faulty. They broke the windshield and throttle body while reinstalling the engine. Replaced windshield with cheap after market. $5000.00 and numerous trips to dealer the car runs worse than it did before we brought it o them. They refuse to fix it or probably just don't have the knowledge or expertise to fix it! DO NOT buy from or take your car to Jack Ingram's. VW of America could care less either. They should be ashamed. I'll never own another VW or Audi again.
