Uforia Hair Salon & Spa

I am a guy and I enjoy going to get my haircut at this salon. Barbershops lack atmosphere and seem like a production line. At Uforia I am treated as an individual and get great suggestions on how best to style my hair. The hairstylists at Uforia Salon are way more creative than any barber I have been to.

I had a bad experience at the Uforia Salon and Spa Monroeville, Pennsylvania
I am new to the area a made a appointment at this salon. They advertise Peace, Tranquility and Healing.
Boy I sure did not see that when I was in.
A client who had her hair colored with bad results came into see the manager on duty . The poor women had her young son with her.
She asked to see the manager who was in the middle of a full salon doing someones hair. This manager really needs to take some classes on management and how to handle stress. In stead of asking the unsatisfied client to come into a private area she had her complain in the middle of the floor. The poor client was virtually begging for her money back because she was so upset and unhappy with her hair. You could see her hair was done poorly with white roots. This manager did not show any mercy she at the top of her lungs told the lady she had a camera on her and would call the police or hit the "panic" button if she did not leave!!
The lady was just asking for her money and never said one threatening word or action. The ladies poor young son began to cry so she left.

I watch stuff like this on TV but never saw it in front of me. Afterward the the manager continued to talk trash about this unhappy client.
I was frozen as were most of the other clients in this salon. It was a really bad experience and I will never go back there again. If you are not satisfied with a service I think you should be able to ask for a refund no questions asked especially if they are wrong.

To put all of you clients through this is really poor management.
It was disgusting and my best goes out to the unhappy client and her young son. I am sorry that happened to you.

Uforia Salon and Spa is the best in the Eastern suburbs. Quality products, knowledgable staff, friendly, professional atmosphere. I love my hair - easy to style, color is great. I trust Kathy Safchick, Linda, Janis and Steve with my hair

Sheryl and Bill worked at Manno's For Hair in Monroeville for 10 to 18 years. Manno's is relocateing and now joined the staff at Uforia Salon and Spa. Its the most elegant Salon and Spa in the Pittsburgh area. Offering everything from Hair services to pamering yourself to a pedicure, facial or massages. The employees who work their are so helpfull and friendly that I would recommend this place to anyone. I love this place. Sue M.

What a unique salon , the decor puts you in a relaxed mood. The staff was there to serve your every need , so friendly and wow what services they offer all at one location. Definitely recomend this piece of heaven in Monroeville ! Make sure to ask for Sheryl, can't go wrong with her.

Since I've been going there, I've never been disappointed. It is a very serene and relaxing environment. I've always been happy with my cut and color and any other services I've received. The hair dressers keep up on current hair styles. There is a large variety of services, including massages that are reasonably priced and well worth it!

My thoughts on the salon are peaceful, relaxing and a chance to come and meet and greet friends and leave looking beautiful! Cathy D.
