I am older and have issues with a shoulder impingement. Have been working with Randall. Suggested a work out routine that has helped loosen up my shoulder. Very helpful and is available to ask questions as needed.

Location is terrible for helping or answering billing questions. They just act like the damage is done and it’s all irreversible, talking to them about billing is like talking to a brick wall. Not because the brick wall doesn’t talk but because it’s too thick explain itself.

If you have billing problems with these guys, good luck getting anywhere. They bounce you around between employees but none staff can answer “all” your questions so they send you back to someone else again. Also any dispute in charges ends with a “well you signed a paper man”..... Friendly staff doesn’t make up for this lack of customer service on the billing side. Disappointed in Emerald City. Also when I left this comment on Google I see a multitude of people that had the EXACT same thing happen to them.

Finally just joined the gym after 1 week of trying out! Absolutely love this place, the staff and trainers are very helpful. I'm over weight but this place made me feel welcome, it's a place where everyone fits in whether you are a meat head, senior citizen or just plain jane like me everyone is very friendly. I recommend this gym to everyone!

Because of a referral from my Physical therapist, I left my local Ymca to try The Emerald city Athletic club in Monroe. He was convinced that the staff at ECAC had quite a bit more experience and the price to join was right. If you don't use the pool at the Y, only the gym and exercise classes then why pay the Y's high price? Emerald City has a vast amount of top quality weight lifting equipment and cardio machines as well as a very friendly and helpful staff. Chances are they will probably know your name in the first few weeks.

I you are results oriented, you will love it here.With personalized plans and nutrional guidelines,the trainers at EC are highly qualified and knowledgable. They will help you the reach the goals your have set for yourself. And then maintain them. I see it over and over again.( myself included- I have lost 21 pounds between oct 2012 and feb 2013 Thanks Ryan!)
