Despite the low review that one person had said i think the owners of the Petal Shoppe were wonderful.I have never boought anything that I would be disappointed to sent to anyone. They get alot of great reviews, just because one person has there opinion others have theres. Every piece of work that I have received from them has been wonderful work i have used them for funeral pieces and might I say they were better looking than any of the other ones, to pieces sent to the hopital to church arrangements.You will never find a better place to pick up your flower needs. Despite what other people might think.THEY ARE THE BEST AROUND TOWN.

My Mother and Grandmother passed a way with in weeks of each other.With this being such a hard time for myself and my family we went to The Petal Shoppe of Monroe for the casket sprays out grandmothers was the first to pass and the spray was beond words . a few weeks later when our mother passed from cancer with out a word we went to the Petal Shoppe. knowing this was a hard time for us owner Darlene and her careing staff took such special care of all the request the we made upon them . When we look back over this hard time in our lives as a family we say to one another that the flowers for our dear Mother and Grandmother was the most beautiful we have ever seen . The care and the committment the people put into there work at the Petal Shoppe of Monroe is in a class of its own . No one in the area can touch it.

I first used the Petal Shoppe for a last minute order for a birthday bouquet. They were so accomodating and the arrangement was gorgeous.

We then had them arrange the casket spray for my grandmother's funeral. It was beautiful and exactly what we requested. They did several other arrangements for the funeral and they were stunning. Wonderful service, great products- I highly recommend them!

A dear friend of mine lost his mother recently and he went here for the spray that topped her casket, needless to say upon viewing the flowers the night of the visitation, he was enraged at how poorly the job was done and the quality of the flowers. The arrangement itself was by no means inexpensive, the following business day he went to complain about the service he received and was verbally attacked by the manager/owner. Anyone with any sense of self and humanity would NEVER degrade someone who is already in emotional distress, she obviously has no class and felt she had the right to bite back for her bad service.
