Ok figure this one out!!!!! HMMM!!! We went grocery shopping this morning, not really to busy because of the holiday weekend. We got up to the check outs at about 9:05. OK!! There is 2 check outs open, 1 at one end that is 20 items or less, we had WAY over that, full cart.1 checkout at the other end that was a self check-out with a small counter to pack groceries. Needless to say self check-outs don't work for a cart full of groceries!!! I headed toward the customer service area and found an employee asking why the only had no checks open for people with carts full of groceries??? She proceeded to be snotty and rude saying 4 people called in this morning and that we have to use the only options they had open, that was not for a boat load of groceries like we had!!! She walked away!!! REALLY ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! OK I went back to customer service asked for them to call a manager over!!! Mind you when Tim and I went through the store loading the cart there was a lot of employees doing NOTHING!!! A manager starts to head over and the manager just happen to be the RUDE employee I just talked to!! She finally checked out our groceries and said she is so sorry we had to wait sooo long!!! But only because her supervisor was notified and probably contacted her asking why she was not taking care of this issue!! Well I got the receipt and told her that's ok we will start shopping elsewhere!!! Not to mention this is a weekly thing them not having check outs open and a number of people getting ticked off and leaving FULL carts of groceries and leaving!!! Also they never have any stock so I guess all the stockers we always see standing around talking and doing nothing SHOULD be out of a job and since they like standing around see if they like standing in the unemployment line!!! Just sayin!!! Not happy about that!!! Myself and my husband spend 200 plus a week there and our mom spend 100 weekly!! Why should we have to have the employees feel that they are doing US a favor by taking our money and being rude to us until an upper manager is called in then she is apologizing!!! Sorry this happens weekly gotta give them a ZERO RATING!!!!
This store needs to fire everyone, including managers. Get a grip on what the public buys and needs and keep products on the shelf. They have 23, yes 23 check out lanes, today not one was open, The "manager" says people called in sick ? so I was suppose to use the self check-out, with a full cart of groceries, WHAT? then she got a little bitter with us, seriously, we have to fight with a manager to give them OUR money to buy their products. Obviously they're unaware that other stores carry the same merchandise, so as of today Wal-Mart can bite they Georgeson family, we've had enough of your sloppy customer service and your unknowledgeable staff, bye.
Dont know why but its very over priced and good luck finding help in there.
