During the creative process, we have found that our best clients prefer to focus on "What" needs to be accomplished from a design perspective, not getting bogged down with "How" to best get there. They have other critical responsibilities with the day-to-day operations of their own firm. Accordingly, we work with a flexible schedule that is built around the client's preferences and time constraints. In every case, client input during the brainstorming and creative process is important to the success of the project.
