Advanced Towing & Service

Driver was unprofessional and rude. Family members lying on stretchers being carted off to hospital after major accident and the driver is harassing me to pay him to tow away car. Asked if car could be towed to house and his reply was unless I give him 255 right then and there it was getting towed to his yard and if I didn't pick it up by 4:30 I would have to pay a other 50. The other tow truck driver of competitior was more helpful and flexible. I have no problem paying for services rendered but a little more compassion in difficult time would have been helpful.
