Mocksville Animal Hospital

For seven years I've been a faithful paying customer/patient and have always enjoyed the care and service given to my pet. I could have patronize many other vets, but I chose to stay here since it was my pet's first vet. However, during our last visit the whole staff, including the vet treated me and my family as second class citizens. We were asked to sit in the waiting area instead of accompanying our pet in the examining room as we have done for the last seven years. The receptionist totally ignored us as she helped and greeted the other customers. The vet finally came out and asked us how our pet was doing WHILE she was still in the examining room, but he cut me short and didn't allow me to answer. Finally, another assistant gave me the results and checked me out. She reminded me of follow ups in a couple of month. Do they think I'm a fool? Why would I ever go back to this place after the awful, nasty and degrading treatment? Unfortunately, these people chose to be unprofessional intentionally. I suppose they consider themselves being patriotic and showing me that they were Trump supporters without coming out and saying it. Since I wear modest clothing and cover my head it just kills them to be professional and treat me as a person. Therefore, after all these years they must protest by treating me ugly. If that's the only ammunition they have that is pitiful. Well, one good thing will come out of this, I will definitely save on gas. Now, I must find a vet who is mature enough to look past their political views and do the job they were sworn to do-- take care of pets and provide owners with the respect due to them.
