Papa Johns Pizza

After placing my pick up order on line, we went in to get our pizzas. There were five employees in the store, yet only the young woman appeared to be working, the other four were male. One customer before me was placing his order while we waited. After completing his order, the clerk went to the back to arrange boxes, not bothering to ask if I needed to be helped, a second employee came to the counter to answer the phone and take an order, after which he turned to leave also not bothering to wait on me. After about 10 minutes in the store, another employee rushed in and asked if I had been helped. Turns out he was a manager and said he had just walked into a "problem". It is a problem when you have five employees but only one worker, and a total lack of Customer Service.

This place was very unprofessional we ordered our pizza 15-20 minutes ahead of time when I got there they didn't even have our name correct, then said that our order hasn't even come up yet that it would be another 20-25 minutes so I waited it was after all Halloween so I said ok and I paid and went back to the car, around the time it should of been ready my grandma went in to get it an called me back in there because they hadn't even put it in the oven yet ... I was irate it was Halloween and it had already been close to an hour and they were all blaming each other they said they were giving us extra pizza because the oven only takes '4 min 45 sec' so what freakin took so long then?? And to top it off our pizza was dry and the pizza they gave us was horrible as well... thanks for nothing I'll never use papa johns again....
