If you move here you must be illiterate

Because you must not have read all the horrible reviews on every single platform available - I would very literally give a kidney to anyone who could get me out of my lease. Not one single aspect of this complex is worth the dime you found in the parking lot. Complete and utter crap! It's like a fake designer bag maybe it looks nice but it smells like smoke was made in a sweat shop and it coming apart at the seems and no one will fix it!

would rather live with my parents!

I don't recommend this complex at all. This is the first place my boyfriend, baby and I have lived on our at and it was a huge mistake. When we originally signed the lease rent was $600/month. Two months later its $700/month. They just change it on you and expect you to pay. We also had a problem with a flea investation in our apartment but we don't even have a pet! My daughter was being eaten alive! They came and bombed us once but a month later the fleas were back. I called about The problem again and have not been gotten back to three weeks later. Matinece stinks around here as well. Trash everywhere. The gym and pool are constantly closed. And the lake is basically just for looks. I would rather be living back at my boyfriends moms house.

This should only be your last choice to live in if looking in Mobile. First of all, maintanence is the worse i've ever seen. You would think a golf tournament is going the way ride around on the golf carts. You can put a work request in online for maintianence and good luck with them coming by taking care of the issue. When they do come by, they patch up the problem and you are right back at square one.

The second issue with this apartment complex is the staff. The young staff do not take issues seriously. Phones never get answered. You do not get return phone calls from messages left.

If you do stay here, please keep up with all paperwork. They have tried to change my lease numerous times. I would show them my signed lease, and they would say "My mistake, the computers must have did this in error." That must be one awful computer to make mulitple mistakes of that magnitude.

This place has one dumpster at the entrance of the complex. The dumpster is always malfunctioning. Trash is is piled up like a landfill every weekend, and this is the fisrt thing people see when they turn into the complex. Another issue that is horrifying is the termites. Please be ready aound May, June, and July. The termites are non stop. You woudl think they would plan ahead for this, but no. You will not be able to sleep in your apartment.

My experience has not been great here at all. If you talk to others that live here, you will most likely get the same stories.

I am currently living in this ...

I am currently living in this apartment complex. at first it seemed perfect...not at all anymore. several maintenance problems in our apartment. we are constantly calling to have things repaired...which usually takes days depending on whether the office aids even turn in the work order. we are constantly spraying for bugs and having to dust everything every few days. The fitness center seems wonderful, 24 hour several work out machines..however, none of them work and they haven't worked since I moved in!! The main problem is the parking in the complex..there are not enough parking spots. I got off work at 2am no parking to be found..I decided to park along the curb out of anyone's way. this morning I walked outside only to find my car gone. the manager had it towed..and she was to "dumb" to even be able to give me the correct towing company name and number. I had to dish out 250$ to get my car back!! will definitely be moving as soon as my lease is up

The only good thing that can b...

The only good thing that can be said about this complex is that it LOOKS nice from the outside. The list of negative aspects is endless! I lived there for four years and everyone I spoke to stated that they were unhappy living there. Most of the buildings are infested with termites. Every year, termites would swarm and crawl all over my stove, in my cabinets and on my floors. When I called in a maintenance request, I would have to call back ATLEAST twice over a period of weeks because no one ever came out. Many times, I had to call back six times or so, over a period of months. At one point, ALL of the lights in my building were out for SIX MONTHS, causing me to almost fall down the stairs, not to mention the danger of being attacked in the hallway, as someone else actually was. I came to find out that the office staff gossipped about the residents, reffering to me as "bitchy" because I called them and fussed about the issues not being addressed. I also came to find out that the office staff would not even submit work orders, many times, when we called in maintenace issues. Several other residents and I noticed that the office staff would NEVER return our calls, would screen our calls (since they had caller ID) and would put us on speakerphone when we called. One member of the staff was especially unprofessional. The first time I met her, I walked in the office and she looked at me as if to say “What do you want, *****?” When I told her that I was there to pick up a package, she continued to be especially rude. Two days later, I found my boyfriend in her apartment at 1:00 AM, after he had not come home and ignored my phone calls all night. Being a bit confused, I called her to ask why he was in her apartment and, rather than being apologetic or compassionate, she actually began to attack ME, the resident, the customer. She continued to act rudely every time I called the office. I spoke to several other residents who complained that they had been treated the same way. AND, shortly after the incident, I found the phone number of YET ANOTHER female, who worked in the office, in my boyfriend’s phone. To top it off, after I moved out, the mail carrier left a package for my daughter in the complex office instead of forwarding it to my new address. It contained birthday presents from her father, who lives in Alaska. Five days after her birthday, after checking the mail every day and calling the post office twice, I called Inverness Lakes and one of the office staff told me that the package was there, without even having to check. She informed me that I should hurry to pick it up because it might be returned any moment. What repulsive values and customer service skills.
