Cuts By Us

I went in there with waist length hair. Granted it was damaged but that's my problem isn't it? Tamara wasn't listening when I told her I only wanted six inches cut off. She took a foot of length off. Honestly, I was shocked. She also reeked of cigarettes and had the conversational skills of a statue. To add insult to injury when I told her that I rescue stray dogs she told me about how she takes dogs and dumps then on the interstate. Not a nice person and a lousy stylist. I had her do a full head of foils on me. She did an okay job but missed the very front of my exactly where I part it. It was a glaring mistake. I left that day after spending $150.00 on her services, tipped her $20.00 and purchased $$40.00 in product. I know, my bad. I went back a few days later and had her put three foils in. Can you believe when she was shampooing it out she only washed that one part of my hair. She's an ignorant cow and I'm making it my business to put the word out on her.

Apparently short is the new long! I told my stylist that I like my hair at the top of my my eyebrows, over the top of my ears and to leave it thick. First thing she does is trims the sides of my head to half an inch, then she lops off the front of my hair to match, about an inch above my eyebrows, all while joking about how bad barbers are about cutting hair short. Oh but she wasn't done, out came the thinning scissors! My hair is so short now it won't even lay down, and on top of that she asked if I was going to tip her. If you're thinking about leaving your barber to try this place, take my advice and go get the same haircut your barber has given everyone else for the past 50 years. I will never go back to Cuts by Us again!

NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM!! Apparently someone on here was having a bad day. I have been using them since I was referred to them over a year ago and have never needed, or wanted, to go anywhere else. Always nice, always a perfect cut, and a great price to go along with it. You should defiantly give them a try. You wont be disappointed

Only place my family and I go to. Great service, short wait time and pleasant and friendly workers. Give them a try if you need a haircut

Probably the worst manager I have ever seen. Tamra was the manager that day and I didn't see her get up one time. The girls were looking for roller clips and the so called "manager" didn't get up one time to find them now did she have any clue where they were. Worst decision the owner has made.
