Unexpected car repairs can ruin your day, but this team won't let it! From the manager to the technicians everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and customer focused. I was more than 2 hours from home and stumbled upon Midas South Bend while looking for a repair shop near me and I am so thankful I did. The level of care I received is the best experience I have ever had with car repairs. The technician walked me through what was wrong and even took me out to see the issue for myself, all while the manager was balancing working hard on a busy day with customers, calls, and helping the guys in back. I would recommend this location over and over! Thank you for your help and for turning my frustration with my car into a positive experience!

Best place to go...Always friendly, very transparent. I enjoy how they take me out to the service bay and show me what they find rather than just telling me something is wrong. I have four older cars that I love, two are vintage classics. I don't trust just anyone to work on them. Midas has earned my respect and business.
