McDonald's

we live a late life and go to this mcdonalds at all hours of the day and it never fails for something very easy and non time consuming to be messed up, not fresh, or just plain old suck!!! the night management and crew should all be fired and their jobs should be given to people who would at least be grateful to have a job in this awesome economy we are all living in.convenience is the price everyone pays at one time or the other. i am sure that we will continue to go to this branch and have to have meals replaced on a constant basis, that is the type of service we have become accustom to. think twice about driving to this location at night if you would like to have your food some what fresh and are expecting descent customer service.

This is a neighborhood McDonalds for my family and I have NEVER yet received my entire order. There's ALWAYS something missing. Whether it be an order of fries or the entire sandwitch for a value meal. I have only once gone through the drive through and actually gotten my meal at the window. They almost always push me past the window and bring the order out. Note that I nearly never go during rush hour because their error rate increases terribly.



Word of advice, they need to train from the manager at the South Bend Lincolnway East store. They're always on the ball and the most efficient McDonalds crew I've ever seen.

I have gone to this McDonald's two times this week and both times there was no catsup in the dispenser and the floor in front of the beverage center was filthy. Also many of the booth seats were filthy as well and the tables were sticky. I observed the "Manager" yelling at an employee about taking the trash out (9:30 pm) and she was refilling the "Sweet tea" container and spilled some on the floor and yelled for someone to clean it up. The trash cans were also very full. This is not a place I believe that I want to give a third tried for fear of food poisoning.
