We generally liked this place..people were nice that answered the phone, delivery person was nice but if you have an issue you better be prepared for the 3rd degree and so much more! We have been good customers ordering several times a month for some time now. We got our order after the usual HOUR delivery time and the food just wasn't good so I called because most GOOD business owners want to know if there is a problem. The cook/owner answered and asked me at least 15 questions as to why we weren't happy. He goes on to tell me that he would give us a free meal of the same thing we ordered for next time but then says he's going to have people taste the happy family we ordered. I thought this to be odd but let it go and was satisfied for the most part.



When our phone rang 30 minutes later I wasn't surprised to see Sizzling Wok on the caller Id.



This snotty girl goes on to tell me that "at least 10 people tasted the food and they said it was good"!!!!!!! WHAT? You call me back? To call us liars??????? Unbelievable! If that is how you treat good, regular customers who honestly were disappointed with their meal then I want to shout it from the rooftop how snotty your waitress was that called ! You sure aren't teaching your employees the fine art of customer SERVICE!



Stay as far away as possible because if they treated us like this on the phone I'd hate to see what they do in person!!!!! For "eh" Chinese food and a super long delivery time I'll find another place to eat!!!!
