I had help from 3 different team sale members & they all worked together to figure out my purchase the office staff were the bomb friendly & courteous. Had been to another store previously that the sales person dogged men & was very pushy & stating well if it's a lazy boy it's got to have this when I told him I didn't like any of the selections Slumberland had to offer he was more demanding & pushy so that really turned me off so I returned to I Keating & was meet by a much more calmer cheerful & helpful staff Thanks to all that for the laughs. Remember "Don't Over Think It"

Great service. We have purchased many items, on different occasions, (couches, a desk, cabinet’s and latest purchase dining room set) at the Minot, ND store. Every time we have entered the store, a friendly sales person greeted us. Salesman Brad Lysne has always been helpful in getting us the best price he can and in explaining their warranty policy without being pushy. The store has a huge selection and if they don't have what want, they are willing to let you go thru their catalog to help you find what you are looking for. Their back office staff is also great. I am currently remodeling my kitchen, and wanted to purchase doorknobs for my kitchen cabinets, to match furniture I previously ordered and they were very accommodating in getting those items. We recently purchased a dining room set and found exactly what we wanted from two stores in town and both stores said they would match each others price. The service we have received on previous occasions at I Keating/Ashley Furniture Store is what brought us back. I would highly recommend the store.
