        Had to wait 30 minutes for cab I preordered. Needed to not be late. Disappointing and will go back to Uber.

        Today I waited nearly 4 hours for a taxi after being told initially it would be about 15 minutes.

        I called numerous times and was assured a taxi would be with me shortly. When I went to cancel after 2.5 hours the call went to a busy signal and then was terminated.

        When the taxi got to me he told me that the computer system was having an issue and he did not get the call until 5 minutes before he got there.

        I called at 6:50am and the taxi got to my address after 10:00am.
