Terrible! The home we purchased had multiple things wrong with it which were not disclosed at the original showing or at closing!. In total eight major things were not in working order including appliances. All were advertised in working order. Jeff , the owner was extremely curt in response claiming these things "Are not my responsibility" This is a very shady operation folks, be very wary of doing business with these people, has had several similar complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau also, be sure to read those!. Have dealt with him twice buying a home and both were awful experiences.....should have learned from the shady operation the first time. Go somewhere else!

I love the home pioneer has helped me to call my own. I was sick of tossing my money away on rent, that kept going up. So i looked into a mobile home and found that pioneer has been in bussiness for over 30 years. The homes i looked at seemed very clean and much nicer than my apartment and for less per month. needless to say i was happily suprised. So thank you Pioneer Mobile Homes .
