yesterday was Halloween so every cab service in town was bussy and no where could serve me I called gold star and they were there in a matter of minutes I will use nothing but gold star for now on
gold has some of the nicest drivers and they know where they are going thank you for your quick services
Gold Star in Minneapolis is the best cab company in Minnesota. I use them all the time because they are always reliable& they're always open. I highy recommend gold star taxi!!!!!!!!!
Don't use GoldStar Taxi. I called them in June and made arrangements for them to pick up a woman who worked in our office and was unable to drive due to injury. They were to charge the service to our credit card. The woman had problems with them the three times she used them. She gave me receipts totalling approximately $58.00. We were not charged for her usage until July 8, when they charged us $269.50. Although I contacted them and the credit card company, we were unable to get it corrected. They sent a fake receipt to the credit card company. We had sent actual copies of their receipts. I would not trust them for anything!
I was in Minneapolis from Philadelphia going to a business meeting downtown. The hotel I stayed at gave me gold stars number. I told them I needed to be at my business meeting in a half hour. They were there ahead of time and the driver seemed to enjoy his job. I don't get this too often where I'm from. Thumbs up gold star. ;)
live in mpls mn and and work as a cna i dont drive so i catch the city bus and cabs many times the people i care for are in different locations i work early mornings so i call gold star every monday tell them my week schedule and where i have to go and there always on time know my schedule and never get confused the disbatcher and drivers are always polite and have good customer service if anyone wants a reliable taxi service this is it GOLD STAR
