I had a fantastic experience at the Jewelry Center . I was surprised at the size of the store once inside, and the beautiful selection of things I wanted one of everything !. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Jackie who is the nicest person ,helped me with having my ring repaired by their goldsmith ,who is a true artist. I couldn't be happier ! Couldn't stop looking at my ring so beautiful. Thank you so much!!

Kate was amazing in helping me with my problem, I accidentally put my Pandora bracelet/charms in cleaner and it turned dull/copper colored. She took the bracelet/charms and polished them and then cleaned them and they are restored to looking new. She was great, explained about the polishing cloth (I purchased two) and then cleaning. I have purchased Pandora from her before, she is very knowledgeable. I definitely will be back to purchase more. Wonderful customer service, you are lucky to have her as an employee!! This place is fantastic at getting your batteries replaced in your watches or any other watch repair! Their turn around time was great and their service was impeccable! I highly recommend for all your watch needs!!!

TJC's service was excellent - very prompt and exactly as advertised. Getting a watch battery replaced online was as easy as going into a shop in person. All was included in one price, which was cheaper than going into an average shop. They supplied the paid mailing label, so all I had to do was mail it. It came back in a week. I'll recommend them to friends and will use them again in future. Very friendly staff, too, and most appreciated that they are open for business during the corona crisis when shops in many states are still closed!

Dealt with Mike from the Jewelry center to get my wedding ring repaired 30 years of marriage probably not only thing worn out ( little did I know). The back of the ring was worn Jake fixed it Looked great . The next week my wife and we’re Christmas shopping and somehow her main diamond fell out and was lost MUCH bigger deal we checked around and again Mike and Jewelry Center had the best deal we Supersized her diamond Mike showed us different options and ring turned out better than I could imagined. Best part about the jewelry Center every single person in that store is just unbelievably friendly nice I will never shop anywhere else for jewelry .

I lost a ring, and they custom made a replacement of the same ring by an old picture that I had of it. Didn't know that this could be done.

Really like the large selection of diamond rings and wedding band. Made it easy to find something we loved.

I was shopping around for a diamond wedding ring for my girlfriend. I found rings a couple places that I liked, but they were all more than the $500 I had to spend. The Jewelry Center was the only one store that approved me for credit after I was declined by three other stores.

This place offered me 65 dollars less than the place across the street so I woulnt take my gold there! The store that gave me more was Robert Haack Jewelers directly across the street on Layton go there after you get a price from these idiots and see for yourself!

They paid me $250 more than the first place I shopped to sell my old jewelry, and said it was because they could re sell some of it on a Tv resale show they do. Not only did I get $1270 cash they also gave me a leather Coach handbag.
