I love Tender Touch Grooming! In fact, I take my puppy there to be groomed and I don't think my dog ever smelled nor looked so good! The best part was... the clean smell lasted for weeks! I highly recommend this place for grooming. I love the employees and the owner as well. :-) She is a wonderful lady and good friend of mine. I don't know what all these negative reviews are for but I sure had a good vibe when I go there. There friendly staff, clean shop, smells good and your dog comes out looking and feeling good. And that's all that matters :) Tender touch is the way to go!

I love taking my dog to Sherri she is friendly she is not expensive and had a very clean place my dog was so happy thank you Sherri your the best:)

I made a call to schedule my dogs grooming and I off heard the worker on the phone yelling at people in the background and when I proceeded to tell her that I found a bad review online and wanted to cancel she hung up on me. Do NOT go here!

Awful place to take your pets! I took in my four little dogs for the first time and when I came back to get them one of my little dogs came running out with blood all over her! The groomer said that it was just a bleeding nail. How do you miss a bleeding nail. I know that my dog must have been bleeding for quite some time because I looked at the cage where she was held in and I saw that the mat she was sitting on was covered in blood! I was willing to pay for the three other dogs but for my injured one i did not want to pay and they did not allow it i had to pay it all. The owner yelled at me and to top it all of he made a dumb but racial comment towards me. If you love your pets, I highly recommend that you DO NOT take your pets to Tender Touch on 50th and Howard because there is nothing tender about them.

We take our dog there all the time. Amazing job on the dog. Very personable groomers, great with the dog. They offer free tea and coffee bar. Very happy and would not go anywhere else.
