        I am giving Flannery's a poor rating because of the total disrespect of their management staff. I ordered a drink for myself and friend and then was delighted to find a human booger in my straw upon taking my first sip. I returned to the bar and asked for the bar manager. I explained what happened, that I was disgusted, and wanted my drinks refunded because I was leaving the bar. The manager poured me a new drink and handed it to me. I then re-explained that I did not want a drink, I wanted to leave and wanted the two drinks I ordered to be refunded. The bar manager refused to refund the two drinks and belittled my complaint of having someone else's booger in my mouth and was quite rude toward me. In my opinion, my request of $8.50 was very reasonable considering the circumstances. Anyways, I unfortunately left this bar without my money, dignity, and respect for their staff. I suggest you avoid this bar unless you want to be at an establishment where the customer is always wrong. If you ignore my warning just be aware that the terrible service at Flannery's might not be the only thing that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
