Stay away from this horrible and unethical business! I just had the worst customer service experience I have ever had anywhere in my life, seriously. Last night I stopped by Baby Zacks to buy new atomizer cartridges for me eGo vape pen. I showed the counter clerk my vape pen and she handed me a 5 pack of cartridges and told me they would fit my pen. I trusted her since she worked in a tobacco & vape store and bought them for $25. When I got home and looked closer at the cartridge photo on the package and it was clear that these were a different brand and size than my eGo cartridges. The cartridge package was unopened and I had the receipt in my hand when I stopped back by Baby Zacks this morning to exchange them for the correct cartridges. I pleasantly explained to the employee that I had been sold the wrong cartridges the night before and wanted to replace them with the correct ones. She told me they did not allow exchanges or refunds of any type. I thought that she must be kidding or had misunderstood me, so I politely explained again that another employee had recommended and sold the wrong size cartridges to me last night and that I was happy to pay the difference if the correct cartridges cost more. She again said that they did not allow for any exchanges or refunds! At this point I asked to speak with a manager. The manager came out and immediately said in a raised voice that they did not allow for refunds or exchanges! I tried to explain that the cartridges I was holding were sold to me the night before by her employee, but she kept interrupting and speaking over me, "No exchanges, No refunds! Then she started slapping a sign on the counter that says No exchanges, no refunds and asked me Cant you read?! I was completely stunned and walked out of the store. I am 46 years old and have never experienced such unbelievable poor customer service in my life. Im also filing complaints against Baby Zacks with the WA Dept. of Revenue, the Dept. of Licensing and the Better Business Bureau. Its hard to believe that its even legal for a business to operate this way in WA state.

to whom this applies, I had visited this smoke house at 5:45 pm august 9th to purchase smokes and coffee. I was told the coffee wasn't going to be made because it was closed. I have always gotten coffee at this location from 7a.m. to 8 p.m. Perhaps the new employees don't know how to make it. The coffee here is great too bad the service isn't so hot. I'm a regular at this place, its time to go else where for business. Thank you for your time.

not only does this store sell cheap smokes, the newports taste much better than local store neeports and their fast and courteous service makes this store where i eant to keep comming again and again. I hope the people their get a raise soon. their doin a great job!
