The Severna Park Racquetball and Fitness Club (SPRFC) is a 37,000 square foot multipurpose facility located in Millersville, Maryland. SPRFC was built in 1981, and began operating in June of that same year. Our goal has always been to strive for excellence in service, cleanliness, and programming. We are proud to offer the most up-to-date exercise equipment, certified instructors, computerized body analysis, nutritional counseling and workshops, and one-on-one programming to help you reach your fitness goals in an atmosphere where excellent customer service is not a goal, but a reality.

* Group Fitness: Over 60 classes weekly in our Body Shop! * Personal Training: Let our certified personal trainers help you reach your fitness goals. * Free Weights: Hammer Strength and Body Masters machines, dumbbells, and a variety of exercise machines. * Circuit Training: Warm-up and stretching area; equipped with brand new Life Fitness Signature Series strength machines. * Cardio City: Treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines, upright bikes, and recumbent bikes from Life Fitness, Precor, and Concept II. * Spinning: One of the best Spinning programs in Maryland. It's an addictive blend of sweat, endorphins and imagination. * Racquetball and Wallyball: We are proud to offer 8 racquetball courts for your enjoyment; plus morning and evening leagues. * Aquatics: Five lane, twenty-five yard, indoor saltwater pool. Child Care - SPRFC offers quality care for your children ages 4 weeks of age to 12 years of age. We offer a wide selection of toys and activities including coloring pages, waffle blocks, Lego blocks, kitchen and dollhouse play, puzzles, board games and much more. Videos are also available for your child's enjoyment. Drinks and snacks are allowed in our facility, however drinks must have a lid and only dry, non-sticky snacks, such as crackers, pretzels, and dry cereal are allowed. Our child care facility offers an exclusive drop-off service for our members.
