Checker Cab

Worst cab experience ever! Cab driver had no recollection of where we were going. After trying to tell her she was going in the wrong direction she told my boyfriend she didn't have to put up with his attitude. After I apologized for him and told her there wouldn't be any other problems she stopped in the middle of north Jefferson and told us to get out. Cab driver was rude, overpriced, and most of all inconsiderate. If I could give zero stars I would. Would not recommend this cab to anyone.

I had to be at work at 2:30. Called the cab at 1:45. By 2:20, after waiting 50 MINUTES, I had to borrow my sister's car in fear of being late to work and drove myself. Terrible experience. I will never call these cabs again. Very unreliable.

The taxi drivers don't know where they are going and ask you to navigate... I'm sorry but the customers job is not to navigate... They are paying you to drive them somewhere! This company needs GPS systems if the taxi drivers never know where to go! I don't recommend this taxi service to anyone!!!
