King's Tour

If I could I would leave no stars!!!!! This is the worst charter bus company that we have ever reserved. We had booked many charter buses in the past and never had I talk to someone with such rude management. The driver was great and the bus was appropriate, but the management is unacceptable. We had two buses and ended only taking one since the second one was late. When we called management the service was horrible. I would not under any circumstances recommend this business for future trips. Please save your self from such a worst experience.

7/17/10 Bus Trip, Original booked a 50 seater, then changed to 35 seat, which in turn Kings Tour contracted out to Bonjour Transportation. When I complainted about rickety no air condition bus from Bonjour gentleman from King sTour stated that was not their bus they take no responsibility for the bus they sent but do you do you think they took the majority of the $600 I

paid, from my standpoint that Bonjour bus was worth no more than $9.99 plus gas. Mr. Kings Tours/Owner unless you're on the level of Bill Gates I would think you would pay attention in this down economic to how your underlings treat your customers and the service you provide. Looks to me this company does not need anymore customers.

Our bus trip on 7/17/10 was a bust. The bus arrived and it was a charter bus from Bonjour Transportations. The driver (who by the way was great, she was the only redeeming part of the trip), however, she did not have the key for the storage compartment under the bus. The CD player, the microphone and the DVD player did not work. This was suppose to be a fun trip to the casino, but we were unable to enjoy any of the planned activities, since nothing worked.



And worst of all, it was nearly a 100 degrees that day. The A/C did not function, and people were miserable on the return trip home.



When you have a bad experience, you would expect the company to compenstate for such an event. When I spoke to the company, I explained that I had recommended King Tours to others and would hope they would not send out this type of bus to anyone else. The response I got was "that if you want to tell your friend to cancel, that's your choice. " It'sad how little people care about the service they provide. Becareful when using this company.

The driver we had was weaving all over the road and following way to close at a speed that clearly way over the limit as we were passing everyone on the freeway. You take your life in your own hands if you choose to hire this company. I complained to management and all I got was attitude. They don't seem to care.

I recently hired Kings Tour for out of town wedding guests- to shuttle them from the Bay Area to a Sonoma winery and back, for the wedding. I received very good, reliable service at a very competitive rate. In addition, they provided a very modern, clean highway tour bus. I would definitely use them again in the future.

My organization has been through a myriad of motorcoach companies over two decades. We have been disappointed repeatedly mainly because of poor business management, late arrival and pickups, price misquotations, improper licensure and insurance. Since our organization started using Kings Tour, we have been thoroughly impressed by their kind, stellar professionalism. Their quotations are great, their drivers are friendly, and their services are impressively efficient. Our organization will continue to use Kings Tour for our programs, functions and events for years to come.

Let me first say that this is a top notch establishment. Our social group has used many different transportation services and kings tour has exceeded our expectations. Our group decided to book a trip to napa valley and the people in the office were very helpful. We had time constraints and they were able to cater a tour for us. The driver was very courteous and knew what he was doing. Everyone had a great time and it sure helps when the bus is clean and seats are comfortable. We will continue to use them for all our group events.
